Jack Juni, MD FACNP; Founder & Chief Technology Officer
An internationally recognized nuclear physician and successful inventor, Dr. Juni received his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School. He served an internship and Internal Medicine residency at Georgetown University, and a fellowship in Nuclear Medicine at the University of Michigan, where he was selected to serve as Chief Fellow. He is certified by the American Board of Nuclear Medicine, has been named a Fellow of the American College of Nuclear Physicians, and is listed in 'The Best Doctors in America'. Dr. Juni served as the Director of Nuclear Cardiology and as Co-director of Clinical Imaging at the University of Michigan, and as the Director of Nuclear Cardiology and Director of Positron Diagnostic Center at William Beaumont Hospital (one of the busiest Cardiology hospitals in the United States), prior to founding CardiArc. He has served as the President of the Michigan College of Nuclear Medicine, the Board of Governors of the Society of Nuclear Medicine, and as President of the Brain Imaging Council. Dr. Juni has been Principal Investigator or Co-Investigator on grants totaling over $2.75M, from sources including Bracco Diagnostics, Siemens, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute, and the University of Michigan Cancer Center. Dr. Juni has authored over 300 publications and scientific presentations, including chapters in six textbooks, and has received over twenty 'best paper' awards. He is a director of the Academic Imaging Institute, and serves as an advisor to MedImage, Inc. He is the founder of Invention Technologies, which has licensed products to Mayo Clinic, and he has served as an advisor to GE Medical Systems, Siemens, Dupont/BMS, and Amersham.

David M. Joseph, MD; President & Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Joseph received a degree in biomedical engineering (with a minor in economics) from MIT, where he received numerous honors. As a Biomedical design engineer at the Massachusetts General Hospital and the Brigham & Women's Hospital, Dr. Joseph spent seven years designing and developing medical products. Dr. Joseph received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School, and served a residency in anesthesiology and critical care medicine at the Massachusetts General Hospital and fellowships at both the MGH and the Brigham & Women's Hospital. He is board certified in both anesthesiology and pain management. Dr. Joseph received his management training at the Center for Executive Education at Babson College, the Sloan School of Management at MIT, and the American College of Physician Executives. Dr. Joseph has served as CEO of a 75 physician group practice, as Chairman and CEO of a large regional MSO, as the Director of the Healthcare Division of an international consulting firm, and as Chief Medical Officer of three medical device companies. Dr. Joseph has published extensively in the field of medical management, has served as a columnist for Healthcare Business Digest, has been awarded advanced standing in the American College of Physician Executives, has been elected to membership in the Presidents Circle of the American Management Association, and has been named as one of 'America's Top Doctors' in medical innovation and medical management. He is the inventor or co-inventor of over a dozen devices, was a charter member of the Desert Angels and an advisor to the Tucson Technology Incubator. Dr. Joseph is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, the Collier County Economic Development Council's Biotech Advisory Roundtable, and is active in the Southwest Florida Regional Business Alliance. Dr. Joseph has served on the finance committee of the Arizona Medical Association, as a Director of APAC (a medical malpractice insurer), on the examining committee of Northwestern Mutual Financial Services, and on the Advisory Council for Charles Schwab Retirement Services. Dr. Joseph has served as a managing partner of a small investment fund as well as a director, trustee, consultant or advisory board member for numerous organizations, ranging from hospitals to start-up companies to Fortune 500 corporations. He serves on the Educational Council of MIT.
David F. Dickinson, JD; General Counsel
Mr. Dickinson received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University, and his law degree from Wayne State University. Formerly a named partner in several prominent Midwestern law firms, Mr. Dickinson has over thirty years of experience in corporate as well as healthcare law, and has represented or defeated numerous large corporations, including Chrysler, General Motors, OmniCare, Fireman's Fund, Michigan Mutual, Frankenmuth Mutual, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Mr. Dickinson also has served on the Board of Directors of the Roeper School.

Terrance M. Garner; VP, Sales and Marketing
Terry Garner comes to CardiArc after sixteen years in Medical Affairs at
Bristol-Myers Squibb Medical Imaging, serving most recently as Associate
Director of Field Operations. In his roles
he was responsible for providing personal service and developing expert
teams for clinical, technical, education and
research support for Nuclear Cardiology customers in the
Lisa M. Hazen, CNMT, FSNMTS; Applications Manager
Ms. Hazen received a Bachelor of Nuclear Medicine degree from Ferris State University in 1991 and spent the first part of her career hands-on with patients in the hospital setting. After nine years of hospital imaging, Ms. Hazen applied her knowledge of nuclear medicine to the corporate arena, working as an applications specialist for several well-respected nuclear medicine companies. She is an active member of the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology and the Society of Nuclear Medicine, and has served on various committees within the SNMTS. She received Fellowship status within the Society of Nuclear Medicine Technologist Section in 2004.
